UTAS Kitting Media Prototype Design.
The trolley has been manufactured to transport components from our customers site to their suppliers. The transportation units are to be used in a ‘return cycle loop system’ and the design is based around the kit layout requirements.
The transportation unit is manufactured from 30mm box section, 40mm angle and 25mm square weld mesh panels. The unit has been assembled with some Acres standard features; 200mm blue rubber castors – 2 fixed & 2 swivel with brake, drop down handle, standard fork pockets and an A4 document pocket. The units are also supplied with 7 off removable vented plastic Euro boxes.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue.
