Wax Runner Kitting B Transportation Trolley – REF 2016-11-13123

The Wax Runner Kitting B Transportation Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a large midlands based aerospace client for use within the NPI Department of their blade casting facility.

The Wax Runner Kitting B Transportation Trolley is fabricated from 30mm x 30mm box section for the main framework with angle runner guides to support the Kit containers which are standard euro containers. The frame work is manufactured from a thin walled box section to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.

The trolley features two formed handles manufactured from 25mm circular hollow section at one end to aid maneuvering the unit around the site.

Bungee straps on the front loading and unloading section of the trolley hold the runner kits in place when being transported. The bungee straps are hooked on to the trolley.

The trolley has been assembled with 4 off 160mm diameter castors, 2 off swivel with brakes and 2 off fixed, these have non marking blue elastic tyred black plastic centred wheels.

The trolley has been powder coated in RAL 9001 (Ivory) to give a hard wearing durable finish.
