Our client asked us to build 6x wiring harness trolleys for use in their manufacturing facility.
Scope:
Racks to be fabricated from 25 x 25 x 2mm box section mild steel.
The main frame will feature approx. 29 shelves in 3 columns.
The shelves will be removable and exterior cladding will be cut to size from 9mm plywood. All metal work powder coated.
Trolleys will include 2 x swivel castor and 2 x fixed castors and fork pockets.
Overall dimensions 1500mm(L) x 600mm(W) x 1800mm (H)
The in-house processes involved in manufacturing this are:
– Laser cut steel tube
– Laser cut steel sheet
– MIG welding
– Powder coating & Assembly
– Quality inspection & Load testing certification
