Acres Engineering have a design and manufacturing facility in Melbourne, England and have a design and sales office in Malaga, Spain. Approximately 35% of our business is export to the EU and globally around the world.

We are a supplier to the world’s leading manufacturing companies. We are committed to corporate social responsibility and we have been awarded an Armed Forces Gold Award. 

We have a range of standard products but also support clients with custom machinery and medium-high volume products such as trolleys, stillages etc. We can design in house or make to print. 

We also offer our clients custom manufactured solutions and embark on projects to supply products such as: tow trains,  kitting media, containerisation, access platforms, lifting equipment, stillages, work benches, etc.

If you have a manufacturing process then its likely that we can help you, we work across numerous industries including space, hydrogen, defence, automotive, supercars, rail, aerospace, marine, energy and food/drink.

The products that we manufacture for you typically help to:

·       Improve process productivity,

·       Ensure the quality and protection of your products,

·       Deliver continual improvement to your business,

·       Reduce H&S risks in your manufacturing environment to ensure processes and equipment is as safe as possible.

We design, manufacture, assemble, load test and CE mark. We take care of any additional elements require including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic control elements, and where needed we provide regular thorough examinations.

We put a lot of emphasis on partnership and flexibility. That means that whatever the contract, we’ll keep you in the loop… from initial consultation and CAD design, to prototyping and manufacturing in the quantities you need, when you need them.
