Transportation Box Trolley

Scope of work:

Produce CAD drawings and manufacture Transportation Box Trolley for Onwards Process.

The assembly is comprised of an outer sack truck style frame fabricated from 25mm x 25mm angle and 25mm circular hollow section tube. The plastic box sits in the angle base frame and is held securely in place via a 25mm x 3mm flat support strap around the outside of the box. 2 off 80mm diameter red polyurethane on white nylon wheels will enable the unit to be moved. An A4 size document pocket is fitted to the side of the trolley. Each Trolley will have a front plate featuring a vinyl ID label.

2 off Large carrier box:

Approximate sizes  – 770mm h x 350mm w x 300mm d   with 5 off sections at 340mm id x 55mm id

The base of the boxes have a row of 30mm od holes in each section to allow any debris to escape.

Handle height of the units is 940mm

6 off Small carrier box:

Approximate sizes  – 640mm h x 280mm w x 275mm d   with 5 off  sections at  270mm id  x 50mm id

The base of the boxes have a row of 30mm od holes in each section to allow any debris to escape.

Handle height of the units is 940mm.
