Design and Manufacture Transportation Trolley to drawing number 2012-09-9548.
The transportation trolley has been manufactured for a multinational power tools company and will be used to transport parts around site during the production process.
The trolley has been manufactured from 40mm angle with a 6mm PE 300 plastic box. The trolley is mounted on rubber castors (2 off fixed, 2 off swivel with brake). Each assembly has 8 slots for vanes and an identification plate on the front.
Small Trolleys 1 off (T700 & T900 Vanes) – Approx. size of trolley: 451mm (L) x 550mm (W) x 500mm (H) including handle 1m (H).
Large Trolley 1off (XWB & T1000 Vanes) – Approx. size of trolley: 500mm (L) x 700mm (W) x 600mm (H) including handle 1m (H).
