Manufacture tray trolleys to drawing number: 2011-05-8467.
This design features 9 off pairs of angle ‘runners’ for trays. A lockable weldmesh door with robust infill panels and ‘chunky’ wheels.
The frame is manufactured from 25mm box section with 30mm x 3mm angle runners, 1.2mm folded infill side/ top panels, a 2mm cladded back panel and a lockable weldmesh door. The handle is formed from 25.4mm x 3mm circular tube. The tray trolley is assembled with 100mm diameter castors x 35mm tread (two fixed, one swivel, one swivel with brake).
