Visit site to evaluate customer requirements, produce CAD drawings and manufacture Turnover Adaptor.
The adaptor will be machined from Nylon 6 and interface with the 5 – 6 Cone assembly, this will then fit into the existing Turnover Frame (REF 2010-07-7638) allowing the Cone assembly to be safely manipulated for fitting of parts.
There will be a laser cut plates bolted to each side of the adaptor to prevent wear to the nylon when it is being installed in to the Turnover Frame.
Approximate overall size – 651mm (W) x 325mm (D) x 167mm (H).
