Belt Drive Cell Trolley

Belt Drive Cell Trolley.

Designed for mounting a Belt Drive Cell Unit.

For maintenance and training, a client enquired about a solution that could mount a Belt Drive Cell Unit. Acres Engineering designed and fabricated a steel Belt Drive Cell Trolley. Known for being a sustainable and durable material we used steel because it provides a long-term benefit. Nylon contact points were also fabricated as this material is exceptionally strong and long-lasting. It is also known to be resistant to chemicals and oils.

The client works within a sector that looks at Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME.) This team works on repairing the equipment that handles physical materials. Belt drives can serve to transmit and modify rotary motion from one shaft to the other in machinery.

The trolley held the unit at a resting height of 1m from floor level and the ratchet strap keeps it held firmly in place whilst work is being carried out. Also, allowing as much access to the unit as possible. Ergonomic protection supports your employees and reduces the risk of injuries and inefficient work.

We successfully engineer high-quality products for you and your business. We believe implementing cost-effective solutions you can rely on, is crucial to saving time and costs on maintenance in the future.
