The Bread Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company to store and carry components to and from the build line.
The trolley has been manufactured with 25mm x 25mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The unit also features 25mm x 25mm angle which the drawers slide on.
The unit features 6 plastic drawers which slide on the angle sections. The plastic drawers stop metal to metal contact with parts. On the front of the drawers, there are handles which allow the drawers to be pulled in and out easily.
On the top of the unit, there is a stainless steel sheet which allows operators to work on the components without the unit getting paint damaged.
The unit features 4x swivel with brake castors which allow the unit to be moved easily.
The unit has been powder coated in BS4800 – 20 D 45 Blue to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
