The Chemi-Etch Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM.
The trolley has been fabricated from 40mm x 40mm box section for the main framework and 1.2mm formed mild steel sheet for the panels.
The top surface is from 3mm thick plate covered with commercial grade rubber to prevent metal to metal contact.
The interior section of the trolley features areas for the Chemi-etch unit, printer and tower with a pull out drawer for the keyboard and mouse.
The Chemi-Etch Trolley is powder coated Blue BS 4800 20-D-45 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
It was assembled with 100mm swivel and braked castors with blue elastic non marking wheels.
