The A Frame drawer bases have been designed and manufactured for a midlands based Aerospace OEM for use during the kitting and build stages of gas turbine engines.
The drawers have been designed to sit within the base of the Acres A Frame solution to provide additional flexibility when kitting, providing a set of drawers to store components that cannot be kitted directly onto the A frames shadow board.
The drawer bases feature 6 off drawers each featuring 2 off 100% extension drawer slides. Each drawer has the following internal dimensions: 760x753x194mm (WxDxH) with a lip handle.
The solution features a 30x30x2mm mild steel box section frame with 1.6mm laser cut outer panels. The drawers have also been laser cut and formed from 1.6mm mild steel sheet.
The solution has been powder coated in RAL 20D45 Blue to provide a long lasting hard wearing finish.
