Heavy duty Fender stillages

Scope:

Laser cut box section fabricated frame with moulded PU locating blocks with hand clamps, and cushioned support area. Parts will be held in place with locating pins in agreed fixing points. Each unit featured a push-bar at each end for manual handling, and forklift pockets.

In-House processes:
– Tube laser cutting
– Sheet laser cutting
– Waterjet cutting
– Welding & fabrication
– Finishing & powder coating
– Mould making and PU casting
– Load testing

The stillages will stack a maximum of 2 units loaded or unloaded.

Each unit will be fitted with 2x fixed + 2x swivels castors
