One of our Supercar manufacturing clients asked us to build a trolley to safely store and transport parts on the production line
Scope
Laser cut box section fabricated frame with LD45 bonded foam part contact points to reduce the risks of marking the parts.
Parts will be held in place with hand knobs or locating pins in agreed fixing points
The stillages will stack a maximum of 2 units loaded or unloaded.
Each unit will be fitted with 4 off swivels castors, two of which will have directional locks.
