The custom designed Inspection Tables for CR Area have been manufactured for a midlands based aerospace client for use during the inspection of parts supplied into the Engine Overhaul Services & Internal Logistics Centres.
The tables have been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section for the base frame section and 40mm x 40mm angle for the top frame to allow a 36mm thick plywood bench top to be inset into the frame. The plywood has then been covered in a hardwearing 10mm thick commercial grade rubber to prevent any risk of metal to metal contact.
The solution has been powder coated in RAL 7035 Light Grey to provide a high quality, durable finish that will ensure product longevity.
