Manipulator Repair/Rework Trolley
The trolley securely holds a mould within a C section clamp frame. It enables the mould to be manoeuvred and locked in position for repair and rework to be carried out.
It features an aluminium base plate which can accommodate two diameters of mould using locking index pins operated from the underside of the plate. A removable stainless steel tray sits under the rotating section of the manipulator to catch any debris that falls from the ceramic mould casing. The trolley has been fitted with 4 off 160mm diameter castors with blue elastic non marking tyres, 2 off fixed and 2 off swivel with foot brakes.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in RAL 9001 Ivory. Approximate overall size – 650mm (W) x 750mm (D) x 1500mm (H).
