Mobile Kitting Workbench Design
The bench is fabricated from 40mm x 40mm steel box section for the main framework and fitted with 4 off 125mm diameter swivel and braked bolt hole castors with blue elastic non marking wheels.
The top work area is manufactured from 18mm thick plywood with 3mm thick commercial grade rubber bonded to the top face and edged with aluminium fluted strip to prevent damage to the outer edge of the surface.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in BS4800-12 E 51 Pale Lime. Approximate overall size – 2000mm (W) x 2000mm (L) x 920mm (H) including castors.
Acres ensure that finished products are packaged appropriately prior to delivery. The black rubber work surface has been securely sealed to prevent any damage during transport.
