Mobile Racking

The mobile racking solution has been designed and manufactured for a client operating a servicing and maintenance area within Heathrow for the aerospace industry. The mobile racking provides a storage solution which can be easily manoeuvred into different locations to suit requirements. A robust, custom designed rack, manufactured to last, utilising the most efficient yield from cost effective materials.

Features:
The mobile racking has been manufactured from 40mm mild steel box section, and features 4 off shelves spaced 560mm apart and manufactured from 18mm MDF. The racking is enclosed with galvanised weldmesh held in place using P clip fitted with tech screws. The solution features 4 125mm diameter castors.

Castor specification: Pressed steel swivel castor with top plate fixing fitted with a blue 75 shore A elastic rubber tyre on a nylon centred wheel with a roller bearing and swivel wheel brake. Wheel diameter 125mm, tread width 35mm, overall height 156mm, top plate 105mm x 80mm, hole centres 80mm x 60mm. Load capacity 250kgs per shelf.
