Mould Tray Design
The trays are designed to securely locate a ceramic mould when it is attached to the aluminium base plate. The trays allow the moulds to run on conveyor tracks through weigh, inspection and repair areas.
To safely locate the base plate they are fitted with machined PTFE blocks to hold it in position and allow air flow under the plate. The blocks are attached to a 2mm tray with CNC formed pressed sides.
The mould trays have a self colour finish ; trays-stainless steel and supports-white PE300. Approximate overall size – 650mm (L) x 650mm (W) x 40mm (D).
