The Roll Holder has been manufactured for the UK’s largest tool supplier to store rolls of plastic when not in use. The unit also allows the operators to move the rolls to there workstation easily and safely.
The unit has been manufactured from 30mm x 30mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The roll holder has v brackets which allows the circular bar to latch in to.
The circular bar has been manufactured from 50mm circular section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. On one end there is a fixed end plate and on the other there is a removable end plate. This allows the operator to remove the roll easily.
The roll holder is fitted with 4x castors, all of which are swivel with brake to improve manoeuvrability.
The unit has been powder coat finished in BS 20 D 45 Blue to give a hard wearing durable finish.
