Supermarket One Trolley – REF 7941
This bespoke kitting trolley solution has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company to transports components keeping them secure during transportation.
The Supermarket One Trolley is designed and manufactured with 30 x 30 angle for the main framework with formed up 2mm sheet for the three shelves. The trolley has a 25mm Circular handle at each end to aid manoeuvring the unit around.
Each shelf features a 3mm thick rubber inlay to protect parts and prevent any metal to metal contact. Either end of the trolley features a polycarbonate panel that has been riveted in place.
The trolley is assembled with 4 off 160mm castors with black elastic tyres on aluminium centres, 2 off are swivel with brakes and 2 off are fixed providing a load capacity of 350kg each.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in RAL 7035 Light Grey to give a hard wearing durable finish.
