The Tooling Stand has been designed and manufactured to allow fast, easy access to tools when operating machine or carrying out tasks requiring a number of tools.
For this project, the stand was supplied to be placed next to milling machines so that the operators can change the tooling without the needing to move a workbench to do it. Thus reducing the time between tooling change, and as a result, improving the productivity.
Features
Tooling stand is made from 100x100x2 SHS, with a 8mm plate on the bottom to bolt the stand to the floor and a 5mm.
- Safe working load of 80 kg.
- Plate on top to bolt to the tool.
- Top plate stays at 950mm from the floor.
- Features a small tray formed from 3mm sheet welded to the post at 750mm from the floor.
