Tray Rack Storage Design.
The main frame of the rack is manufactured from 25mm x 25mm mild steel box section which has been fitted with 25mm x 25mm angle tray guides to support trays. The guides have stops on the back to prevent the trays from being pushed to far through. The top has a 2mm thick plate fitted to allow for storage of any other parts. The rack is 2 trays wide and allows for storage of up to 20 trays.
The rack has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue to give a hard wearing durable finish. Approximate overall size 1650mm (H) x 620mm (D) x 900mm (W).
