WIP 8 Box Kitting Trolley – 7.3.4 and 7.3.5 – REF 2013-09-10275
This kitting trolley has been designed to carry Stage 1 WIP Containers which hold fan blades allowing them to be easily manoeuvred or stored around the cell process line.
The design will carry 8 off Containers and is height adjustable using a foot operated hydraulic scissor lift system, allowing the height to be set for unloading of the trolley by different operators. The containers will sit in a laser cut mild steel tray allowing them to be stacked. The trolley has been assembled with 4 off 125mm diameter castors, 2 off swivel with brakes and 2 off fixed, these have non marking blue elastic tyred black plastic centred wheels.
