AD-18-2012-12 – CMM Work Station TBF Cell D

Manufacture CMM Work Station TBF Cell D to drawing number AD-18-2012-12.

The table framework will be assembled from 40mm x 40mm heavy duty extruded aluminium profile.

The up stand back will be manufactured from mild steel and powder coated to give a hard wearing durable finish and feature a 160mm deep shelf that runs along the width of the Station. The mild steel table top will be covered in 3mm black rubber. Three monitor brackets will be fitted to the rear up stand back. Two 6-Gang surge protected extension leads with 2 metre long cables will be located on the back of the up stand to provide power points which can be accessed from 3 cut-outs in the rear up stand.

The lighting for the work station will come from 2 off twin 600mm fittings which will give an output of 900 Lux at 600mm from the light, this complies with Rolls Royce’s 700 – 1000 Lux for work stations. To manoeuvre the station into position there are 4 off 100mm swivel and braked castors.

Approximate overall size 2400mm (W) x 600mm (D) x 1972 (H) (table top height is 975mm).
